- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Between 6-8 hours for responses or return phone calls. Took two days to get pain meds filled for a dying dog because "we forgot you called to fill them". We almost had to amputate our other dogs leg when they wrapped a splint too tight and gave him gangrene. Hours are good but not worth it. They obviously don't care based on past experience. Update: 5/6/17 we were denied an application to rescue a dog because they gave misinformation to a rescue shelter.January 14, 2017by Charlie Patterson
